Order Issues & Damaged Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Photos of damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
We will review your request and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or consumed items.

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, any product that has been opened, altered, or removed from its original sealed packaging is not eligible for return.

If you receive an unopened product that qualifies for a return request, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
